Janice Marie (Gordon) Sims

Janice was born February 16, 1942 in Baxter Springs, Kansas to May Harper-Gordon and Everett Gordon.

Janice is survived by son Danny Sims; daughter Debbie Knight (John); daughter Dotty Henderson (Willie Douglas); and son Rusty Sims (Heather); brother Larry Gordan (Val) and sister Sherri Clawson (Doug); grandchildren Nichole, Josh, Carrie, Cassie, Michael, Jason, Adam, Yelonda, Angie, Jeanette, Darin, Karlie, Zach, Seth, Sydney, 18 great grandchildren and 1 great great grandchild.

Janice was preceded in death by her husband Lewis Sims; father Everett Gordon and mother May Harper-Gordon; grandchild Matthew, and great grandchild Lucas.

A visitation for Janice will be held Friday, January 8, 2021 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at Lakeview Funeral Home, 12100 E 13TH ST N, Wichita, KS 67206, followed by a funeral service at 2:00 PM.
