Larry Mashburn is a native of Hawkinsville, Georgia, where he began his funeral service career in 1976. He is a graduate of Gupton-Jones College of Funeral Service in Atlanta and holds both a funeral director and embalmer licenses for the state of Georgia.
Larry came to Sandy Springs in 1986 and worked and served as manager of Sandy Springs Chapel for many years. He has served as location manager of Arlington Chapel since January 2008.
Larry and his wife Angela now reside in Roswell.
Matthew V Taylor
Matt Taylor is an Atlanta native who began his career with H.M. Patterson and Son Funeral Directors in 1993. He is a graduate of Dunwoody High School and Gupton Jones College of Funeral Service, where he received an Associate of Mortuary Science degree. Matt became a licensed funeral director and embalmer in the state of Georgia in 1996 and proudly serves this community.
David Curtis Dixon
Since 1987 David "Curtis" Dixon has provided compassionate care to families in the Atlanta metro area. He was born and raised in Eastman, Georgia, and is a life member of the Georgia Salzburger Society. Curtis left his childhood home and moved to Atlanta to pursue a career in funeral service. He earned his degree in mortuary science from Gupton-Jones College of Mortuary Science in 1988 and, upon graduation, served his apprenticeship at H.M. Patterson and Son-Spring Hill Mortuary in Atlanta. He is proud to be a part of the Dignity Memorial® team, guiding you through one of the most personal times in life. Curtis currently holds funeral director and embalmer licenses in both Georgia and Florida, as well as a master cosmetologist license in Georgia.
Brian Lee Watson
Born in Macon, Georgia, Brian Watson possesses the hospitable nature characteristic of people in the South. At the age of 18, he took a summer job at a funeral home and found a passion for helping people after the passing of their loved ones. Brian went on to excel at Gupton-Jones Mortuary College. After graduating, he became an apprentice funeral director at Snow’s Memorial Chapel in Macon. Eventually, Brian felt the need to spread his wings and he moved to Atlanta, where he became a senior director at A.S. Turner and Sons and later H.M. Patterson and Son. He holds funeral director's licenses in the states of Georgia and South Carolina.
Brian has overseen and directed funerals for countless individuals, including those in government and business. His ability to understand the needs of each person sets him apart from others. His Southern charm, his shoulder to lean on and skills refined over many years have earned Brian a reputation as a caring professional. At home in Atlanta, it is Brian's goal to continue to foster lasting relationships in the community.
