On Saturday, August 13, 2011 of Springfield, VA passed away at home. Husband of Wendy; father of Emily and Jeffrey (Sarah); granddad of Aidan. Donald is also survived by his mother Anna Payne; one brother and three sisters. Memorial Service will be held August 18, 11 a.m. at Demaine Funeral Home, 520 South Washington St., Alexandria, VA. Interment Arlington National Cemetery at a later date. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to St. Mary's Episcopal Church, P.O. Box 420, Colonial Beach, VA 22443.
