Ruth Irene Marchion

Earl E. & Ellen M. Stanton. She married

Ralph L. Marchion on Oct 28, 1942. When he was discharged

from the Army Airforce in 1945 after WW2 they made their

home in San Francisco, CA. In 1974 they moved to Auburn, CA

She is survived by her son, Robert “Bob” of Danville, CA,

daughters, Carolyn Millea & husband Larry of Lincoln, CA &

Marjorie Marchion, of Concord, CA, 10 grandchildren

& 13 great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by

her husband Ralph of 43 years & son Ralph Jr., 3 brothers

(Frank, Ray, Robert Stanton) and 1 sister, Grace Stanton.

She loved to garden and always had beautiful flowers

in her yard, especially her roses. She baked the best tasting

pies ever that we will always remember and miss so

much. She also enjoyed doing many craft projects.

She stayed strong for so long but these last months she

became especially tired. She is now free from her ailments

and find eternal peace and happiness.

Her family appreciates so much the kind and loving

care of Alpesh, Jiya, & Parsila and their families

and caregivers at Angel’s Sunrise Villa in Lincoln, CA

A private service for our beloved mother, Ruth, 93,

was held at the New Auburn Cemetery, Auburn, CA,

Thursday, Aug. 7th.
