Sgt. Ronald L. Ray, 61, of Arlington, passed away December 17, 2013 in Germantown. Sgt. Ray, a Deputy for the Shelby County Sheriff’s Department, was also a veteran of the Air Force and served as Secretary-Treasurer for the Shelby County Sheriff’s Association. He is survived by: his wife, Kathy Ray and his children: Randi Ray Campbell, Raymond Ray, Reagan Harbin, and Ryan Ray. Sgt. Ray also leaves behind two brothers: Bill and Mark Ray. He is also survived by his grandchildren: Christian and Ethan Campbell. A Celebration of Life Service will be held Today, December 20, 2013 at Faith Baptist Church in Bartlett.
