Georgia "Nell" Durbin

Services will be at 2:00 PM on Monday, July 30, 2018, at Forest Lawn Funeral Home Chapel with Pastor David Digmon officiating. Interment will follow at Forest Lawn Memorial Park.

Visitation will be on Sunday, July 29, 2018, from 4:00 to 6:00 PM, at Forest Lawn Funeral Home.

Nell was born on February 22, 1942, in Louisiana, to Jessie and Janie Eaves. She was a successful businesswoman owning and operating grocery stores and later making many dreams come true as a realtor. She was a faithful member of Dawndale Baptist Church and spent the last 39 years married to the love of her life, Leroy Durbin.

She was welcomed in heaven by her parents, and her brothers, Windell, Huey and Doyal Eaves.

She is survived by her husband Leroy Durbin of Beaumont, TX and her children Rick Lee, Randy and Erin Lee, Kenneth and Tina Durbin, Beverly and Michael Mooney, Roy and Dee Ann Durbin, Darlene and Mel Elmore, Arlene and Robert Robinson, grandchildren Lauren, Landon and Laela Lee, Janie Catherine and Griff Lee, Kendra and Wayne Simmons, Dustin and Brenna McCraw, Brandon Parker and Donnielle Saph, Tanner Durbin and Hannah and Cory Eason, Bess Elmore, Brock and Madison Robinson, and Kamri Robinson and Seth Adams, numerous nieces, nephews, great grandchildren, family and friends.

Rather than mourn the passing of a beautiful soul, Nell would want family, friends, colleagues and acquaintances to gather together to celebrate her life with laughter, memories and good food. Please join us after the services at Dawndale Baptist Church, 5240 Folsom Dr, Beaumont, TX 77706.
