Russell Payson Mead of Boston, age 93, passed away on June 17, 2018. Husband of Jeannette S. Mead. Brother of the late Allan Mead and his surviving wife Jean. Brother-in-law of Nathalie Smith, Guy Smith and Barbara Smith. Uncle of James Mead, Douglas Mead, Laura Madden, Phyllis Simonetta, Robert Smith. Great uncle to Olivia Simonetta and Cecilia Simonetta. The family will receive visitors on Wednesday from 4pm to 8pm in the Boston Harborside Home, 580 Commercial St., Boston. A Masonic and Eastern Star service will be held at 7pm on Wednesday. A Funeral Mass will be held on Thursday at 12:15pm in Church of the Advent, 30 Brimmer St., Boston. PLEASE MEET AT CHURCH ON THURSDAY. Late WWII veteran.
