I was very sad to hear the news , I grew up next door and she was a wonderful lady, had a soft spoken way about her and a contagious laugh . So very sorry Maureen, I have you and your family in my thoughts

Edith and I have been neighbors for 47 years and played Pinochle with neighbors and former neighbors for about 45 years. After Pinochle, we still met for lunch occasionally. Her daughter ,Maureen used to babysit my 2 children.
Edith was a quiet person but she could still come up with some funny remarks to make us laugh. She was a kind and caring person who we all loved and will dearly miss.

we have known & been friends & former neighbors with Edith since1973. I was in a pinochle club with her for over 40 years. While she had a quiet personality she also was a very funny person with many off the cuff remarks. She adored & loved her family so much & we always saw pictures of them. She will be greatly missed by all of us. May she rest in peace with her Jim now.
Fondly, Bev & Jim Frontero
