Walter Alan Babin, 90, of Collierville, TN died on Friday, April 5, 2019. Alan lived his final 4 1/2 years with his oldest son John in Walls MS under his loving care. Alan is now at peace after a long illness.
Alan is preceded in death by his wife of 59 years, Anne Dean Babin, who died on July 17, 2010.
Alan leaves behind his five loving children: Ginny, Ruthanne, John, Paul and Philip and their many children and grandchildren.
Funeral services will be at Collierville United Methodist Church - Sanctuary on the Square (where they were married in 1950) on Wednesday, April 24, 2019 at 10 a.m. Visitation is at 9 a.m. also at the square prior to the service.
The family requests in lieu of flowers, a donation to the VFW in honor of Alan’s military service during the Korean conflict.
