Melanie Snyder Dittamore

She was born November 25, 1949 in Columbus, the daughter of Isham K. Snyder, Jr. and A. Jeanne Rust Snyder.

She was a 1968 graduate of Columbus High School and a 1972 graduate of Indiana State University.

She lived and worked in Houston Texas for over 30 years. After working in Iraq for 2 years she moved to California then to Chicago before returning home to Columbus.

She is survived by her mother, A. Jeanne Snyder of Columbus; brother, Brian K. (Nancy) Snyder; nieces, Kimberley Snyder and Megan Morales; nephews, Brian K. Snyder II and Chance Snyder; great nephews, Hudson and Wyatt Morales; 2 Columbus Cousins, Laura (C.O.) Weddle and Jay Alvis; numerous extended family.

She was preceded in death by her father; grandparents, Dale and Reba Rust and Isham and Emma Snyder.
