Katherine Jenkins Estes

Katherine Jenkins Estes, 81, of Culpeper, VA passed away at her residence Saturday, October 8, 2016. Mrs. Estes was born January 31, 1935 in Culpeper, VA to McKinley Jenkins and Ester Dodson Jenkins. She was an antique collector having owned several antique shops in the area over time.

Surviving Mrs. Estes is her husband Phillip G. Estes; her children, Phillip Garland Estes, Jr. and his wife Phyllis, Tina Estes Corbin and her husband Junior and Wendy Estes Dyer and her husband Larry; her siblings, Roy Jenkins, Ella Gore, Sam Jenkins, Betty Gore, McKinley Jenkins, Jr. and Shirley Dodson; her grandchildren, Ashley Estes Skelly, Phillip G. Estes, III, Brandon Henderson, Chase Corbin and Justin Dyer and her great grandchildren, Austin Skelly, Luke Berman and Charleigh Henderson. She was preceded in death by her parents; her siblings, Lucy Johnson, Hugh Vern Jenkins, Frances Ryan and Gladys Compton and her great grandson, Levi Skelly.

Funeral services will be held in the chapel of Clore-English Funeral Home at 1:00p.m., Wednesday, October 12, 2016 with Pastor Bruce Fincham conducting the service. Interment will be in Hillcrest Memory Gardens, Jeffersonton, VA.

The family will receive friends one hour before the service.
