Born 11-3-1927 in Mingo Jct, OH and passed away 6-24-2012 in Dallas, TX. She is survived by her sons, John, Paul, Peter, Robert and James Fernandez; daughters, Jeanette Faulkenberry, Agnes Palacios, Mary Craft; 15 grandchildren; two great grandchildren, many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. She was a member of St. Philips Catholic Church, a U.S. Army Veteran with 21 years of service. Her passions were religion, family and sports, having been a Dallas Cowboy season ticket holder since 1972. Visitation with Rosary will be 6-9 p.m. Wednesday, 6-27-2012 at the funeral home. Funeral Mass will be 10 a.m. Thursday, 6-28-2012 at St. Pius X Catholic Church. Burial to follow at Calvary Hill. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Carmelite Monestary, 600 S.
