Patricia J. Pickett

Patricia Joy Pickett, 77, of Buffalo, Iowa passed away on March 4, 2018 in the comfort of her own home surrounded by her loving family and beloved dog, Molly. A funeral service will be held at 1:30 p.m. on Thursday, March 8, 2018 at Calvary Lutheran Church in Buffalo, Iowa. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the family. Online condolences may be expressed at www.rungemortuary.com. Patricia was born on February 8, 1941in Davenport, Iowa to Chester and Loreen (Hamlin) Stowe. She retired from the U.S. Postal Service as a mail carrier in 1992 after 25 years of dedication. Patricia enjoyed life to the fullest. She found pleasure gardening, drawing, painting, and cooking. She loved spending her time with family. Those left to cherish her memory are her daughters: Deborah and Lori Osborn; son, Thomas Osborn; siblings: Dale (Diana) Stowe, Sharon Hofeldt, Jim (Holly) Stowe, George (Sherry) Stowe, Barb (Gary) Jenson, John (Leslie) Stowe, Randy (Cathy) Stowe, and Glen (Bonnie) Stowe; seven grandchildren, ten great grandchildren, one great great grandson, and countless nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her brother, Duane Stowe.
