Carol Ann Marcantel

Carol Ann Marcantel, 67, of DeQuincy, passed away on Thursday, April 4, 2019 at her residence. She was born to her late parents, Willis (Pat) and Gertie Royer on December 5, 1951 in DeQuincy. She enjoyed watching TV, working with her flowers, cooking, visiting with her grandchildren, and most of all going to Wal-Mart. Carol never met a stranger and was very outgoing, and everyone enjoyed being around her, and she would always make them laugh.

She is survived by her son, Cody Marcantel and fiance' Ashley Fee of Ragley; one brother, Garland Royer and wife Susan of DeQuincy; sister-in-law, Connie Royer of Singer; along with four grandchildren, Alexis Marcantel, Darian Keith, Charles Keith, and Tyra Fee.

Carol is preceded in death by her parents and one brother, Daryl Royer.

A Graveside Service will be held at Hyatt Cemetery in Fields on Monday, April 8, 2019 at 11:00am with Bro. Jay Lawson officiating. Services entrusted to Hixson-Snider Funeral Home of DeQuincy. Words of comfort may be shared with the family at www.hixsonfuneralhomes.com.
