I would like to express my most heartfelt condolences to the family.  I know it’s late but I just saw this as I looked up Mr. Gomez… I have so many fond memories of my 6 th grade. I remember he would  have us sing Elvira in class… he taught us sign language but the one thing that I’ll always  remember is him teaching us all how to two step.  He was the biggest influence when it came to country music.  He was loved by many of us students. May he Rest In Peace!

I so much love my family, meaning my daddy Juan Jose Gomez and all my aunts and uncles. It’s just so sad we only meet at hard hurting moments like this, and god gave me a great blessing to actually see my cousin Freddy at Tio Kikis house at time if his illness til he passed, and in this same year I managed to know my Freddy and sweet Jill, this is how Freddy earned my love and respect. Sorry my loving Gomez Family for our one lived Freddy Amen

Coach Gomez took me under his wing, giving me the opportunity to coach under his supervision. Learned so much under his watch. He will be greatly missed. RIP 

We are so saddened and sorry to hear of Freddy’s passing. We were close friends in high school and joined the Naval Reserve at the same time. I hold great memories and fun times as we went through high school in the band and in the Reserves. On behalf of my wife(Dolores Hernandez Tornero, Freddy’s cousin) and myself, our deepest condolences and prayers to the family.
