Gary, Char, and Family,
We knew your parents through Mount Calvary during the years we were living in the beautiful mountains of Estes.
Your Mother was such a sweet person and I had the fun to know her through all of the activities we did together, especially choir.
We send our condolences at your loss.

I am so very sorry about Clayoma. She was nice. Just a genuinely nice woman. My late husband (Al Howard) and I rented the house on Mall Road from Clayoma for 7 years. We loved that house and took care of it as if it was our own. Clayoma was a terrific landlady. She and I became friends. She would stop in occasionally and visit. We became such good friends she asked me to look after her own house when she vacationed in Hawaii for a week. After my husband passed away, I was sorry to leave Estes Park and the Mall Road House. Clayoma took me out to dinner my last night. But like so many I returned to Estes. I would stop in to see Clayoma every so often for a chat. She was so easy to talk to. She and my Mom are the same age and she was always so interested in what my Mom was doing. AND I just loved her little dog, Sammy. I left Estes for good in 2008. But when visiting Estes yearly, I would get in touch with Clayoma. It was always as if we had just seen each other the week before. I will miss her quiet, refined manner. Clayoma was special!
