Fidencia C. Adrian entered into eternal rest on Tuesday, November 3, 2020 at a hospital in Alice, Texas at the age of 91. She was born on November 22, 1928 to Victoriano Cantu and Ramona Quintanilla Cantu. Fidencia worked for many years as a housekeeper, cook and caretaker at the Canales Ranch. She later began working as a cafeteria worker for Premont ISD and remained a dedicated worker for over 35 years until her retirement. She enjoyed traveling, especially to Las Vegas, and spending time with her family. She loved to mingle with her friends and valued cooking.
She is preceded in death by her parents; husband, Casimiro Adrian, Sr.; son, Erasmo Adrian and all of her siblings.
She is survived by her four sons, Guadalupe (Juanita) Adrian of Premont, Texas, Roel (Odilia) Adrian of Premont, Casimiro Adrian, Jr. of Dallas, Texas and Rogelio Adrian of Premont; five daughters, Alma (Oscar Hernandez) Ramirez of Premont, Adriana Hernandez of Premont, Mary Ann (Octavio Hernandez) Adrian of Alice, Alicia (Abel) Garcia of Concepcion, Texas and Aminta Adrian of Premont; 25 grandchildren; 44 great-grandchildren; six gret-great-grandchildren and numerous nieces, nephews, extended family members and friends.
Pallbearers will be Javier Adrian, Mark Adrian, Guadalupe Adrian, Jr., Abraham Adrian, Casimiro Adrian, III and Oscar Joel Hernandez.
Rosary will be held at 10:30 a.m. on Monday, November 9, 2020 at the Funeraria Del Angel Howard Williams in Falfurrias with Visitation beginning at 9:30 a.m. Funeral Mass will follow at 12:00 p.m. at St. Theresa’s Catholic Church Premont. Services will conclude with a Burial at the Premont Cemetery.
