Born in Carbondale, Pennsylvania, a daughter of the late Jacob and Mary (Trosiscosky) Noviskey, she had been a longtime resident of Fall River.
She worked as a Seamstress for the former Lenore Dress Company and Geryman Penn for many years. Mrs. Ragowski enjoyed crocheting.
She is survived by one brother Bernard, two grandchildren Brad and Cassie, and many nieces and nephews. She was mother of the late Robert Rogowski.
Private arrangements are in the care of the Waring-Sullivan Home of Memorial Tribute at Cherry Place.
