I remember Francis as a straight-standing cadet officer when I was attending S.J.M.S. (1958-1964) He was a leader and fair.  I looked up to him back then.  ROBERT GARRISON

My thanks to all who have commented on Francis' memorial guest book. So good to hear from so many of his St John's buddies.  He was always proud to have been a St John's Cadet and I was always proud of what he accomplished there.  We probably should have kept in better touch but as the saying goes, "Life is what happens while we are busy making other plans". He has definitely left a void in my life but I will try to fill it with good memories and kind words from friends and family as are entered here.  Thanks to all!  Sue Bowers

Dear Aunt Suella and family, Please know that you are all in our thoughts and prayers. I attended St. John's Military School with Francis. I will always remember him as a very caring and sincere person who also had a fun sense of humor.

My condolences to the Bower's family.  Francis and I attended St. John's Military School together.  Our Senior year, we were the two that had to train and lead the Crack Squad that year.  Lots of memories traveling and performing at various functions around the State.  We had a 50th reunion at SJMS commencement this year.  I wish he could have been there.
