Phyllis P. P. Watts

Phyllis Watts, a resident of Colyell, La. passed away on Sunday, June 6, 2021 at the age of 64 years. She is survived by her loving husband of 44 years, Elvin “Pete” Watts; Sons, Patrick Watts And wife Cari, Matthew Watts and wife Mickey and Michael “Mikey” Watts; Step father, Kenneth Powell; Sister, Lisa Norton; Brother, Van Norton; In-laws, Anita and Randy Taylor, Rhonda Westbrook and Kevin and Toni Watts; Grandchildren, Molly, Reese and Leah Watts; She was preceded in death by her Parents, Fellman Penalber and Betty Jo Powell; Father and Mother-in-law, Rev. D Ray and Norma Watts. Sister, Mary Kurtz; Brothers, Andrew, Shannon, And Michael Penalber; sister-in-law, Marilyn Penalber; and brother-in-law, J.R. Westbrook. Visitation will be Tuesday, June 8, 2021 from 5pm – 8pm and will resume on Wednesday at 9am until funeral at 11am at Colyell Baptist Church 19524 Hwy 42, Livingston, La. Burial to follow in Blount Cemetery.
