She was born October 12, 1984 in Chattanooga and attended Ooltewah High School. Meagen was a member of Georgetown Baptist Church. Meagen will be missed by everyone who knew and loved her.
She was preceded in death by her son, Hayden Shelton; grandparents, Lonnie & Kat Smith and June Shelton;
Survivors include her children, Landen Stephens and Addyson Cox; mother, Tina Renee’ Shelton; father, Robert “Bud” Shelton; grandfather, Robert “Bob” Shelton; sister, Morgan (Ryne) Shumaker; uncle, Mack (Julie) Smith; aunts, Susie (Charlie) Abernathy, Kim (Michael) Evers and Robin (Jerry) Harris; nephew, Walker Shumaker; and several cousins.
The family will receive friends from 3 to 8 pm on Thursday, July 30, at the North Chapel of Chattanooga Funeral Home.
Funeral services will follow at 8 pm on Thursday at the North Chapel with Tim Ledford officiating.
Interment will be held at 1 pm on Friday, at Hamilton Memorial Gardens
