

She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother and great grandmother. She loved books and was the former librarian of Richmond Baptist Church and former member of Sugar Creek Baptist Church. She attended Reagan High School in Houston where she was a cheerleader. She loved dancing and homemaking.
She is predeceased by her late husband, Milton C. Cross; and her parents, Richard and Inez Lott. She is survived by her daughter, Marsha Beeson and husband, John; John’s son, Cole Beeson; Son, Daniel Cross and wife, Linda; grandchildren Travis Cross, Erica Stoeckley and husband, Tim, and Trevor Cross and wife, Amanda; and great grandsons Jimmy and Tyson Stoeckley; brother, Richard Lott and wife, Martha; sister, Betty Monaghan and husband, A. E.; 2 much loved sisters-in-law, Maurine Cross Rheinold and Mildred Cross Vogt; and nieces and nephews.
Friends are cordially invited to a visitation with the family from five o’clock this afternoon until eight o’clock this evening, Monday, the 1st of July, in the parlor and grand foyer of Geo. H. Lewis & Sons, 1010 Bering Drive in Houston.
A funeral service is to be conducted at ten o’clock in the morning on Tuesday, the 2nd of July, in the Jasek Chapel at Geo. H. Lewis & Sons, where Rev. Jeff Campbell, is to officiate. Immediately following, all are invited to greet the family during a reception to be held in the adjacent grand foyer.
Later that same day, the family is to gather for a private interment service at Memorial Oaks Cemetery in Houston.
