Peggy Jean Dockstader of Houston, Texas went to be with her Lord on Monday, May 10, 2016 in Houston, Texas.
She was born October 29, 1928 in Houston, Texas to parents Curtis and Nettie Mayfield. Peggy was a loving wife, mother, sister and friend that will be dearly missed by all that knew and loved her. She is survived by her son Logan Dockstader; sister Patsy Hoover and numerous nieces, nephews and a host of friends. Peggy is preceded in death by her parents, her husband Max Leland Dockstader and brother Donald Mayfield.
The family will receive friends for visitation on Friday, May 13, 2016 from 1:00 to 2:00 p.m. in the Family Chapel at Brookside Funeral Home, 13747 Eastex Freeway, Houston, Texas 77039. A Funeral Service will be held at 2:00 p.m. Friday, May 13, 2016 in the Family Chapel at Brookside Funeral Home followed by a burial in Brookside Memorial Park.
