Jean McMillen Hazle

Hazle, Jean, 91, passed away on February 8, 2016. She was the widow of F. William (Bill) Hazle. She is survived by her 5 children, Peggy Weiss, Donna Lettsome, Terry Gudge (Tim), Laverna O’Grosky (Joe), and Chris Hazle (Carol); 11 grandchildren, Dawn McFarland, Shannon Graetz, Danielle Zadurski, Cory Christensen (Kerri), Douglas Christensen, (Jennifer), Jeff Sischo (Pam), Warren Lettsome (Pakchanok), James Lettsome (Bea), Laurel Thomas (Jeremy), Joshua Hazle (Heather), and Ashlee Yarter (Chris); and 15 great-grandchildren, Nicole McFarland (Tom), Stephanie and Samantha Graetz, Sadie Pate, Aveline Lettsome, Jacob Christensen, Nolan Christensen, Jordan and Andrew Sischo, Nylah Lettsome, Zoey Yarter, Kylie White, Keira White, Kaitlyn White, and Joshua Ryan William Hazle, Jr. She is also survived by a brother, Walter Wilde (Nan), and sister-in-law, Sally Wilde. Jean was a longtime resident of Florida. She loved to grow flowers, embroidery, taking care of her many animals (particularly her current cat Buttercup), and most of all spending time with her extensive family. She will be remembered for her kindness to everyone, her zest for life, and her sense of humor under any circumstances. Until just 2 weeks before her passing she volunteered at the Cares Café in Hudson. She was a part of our life every day and we will miss her very much. Services will be at the Florida National Veterans Cemetery in Bushnell, Florida on February 26, 2016, at 1:00PM.
