Evelyn Burnsed, 88, of Neptune Beach, passed away December 4, 2018. She was born in Savannah, Ga. on November 4, 1930. She married William Harold Burnsed on April 16, 1949.

She was a member of Ash Branch Primitive Baptist Church and had a passion for caring for her family.

Evelyn is survived by daughters, Charlotte Wilson, Cindy Dixon, Judy Bowling (Gary), Wanda Shaffer; grandchildren, Hope Arcuri, Jacob Bowling, Holly Simoneau; great-grandchildren, Alyson, Zachary, Ryan, Brooke, Felix, Sadie; great-great-grandson, Michael; sisters, Mozell Cresto, Gail Jaynes, Dannie Ruth Avers.

A Celebration of Life Service will be held at 11:30 a.m. on Thursday, December 13, 2018 at HARDAGE-GIDDENS Funeral Home. 1701 Beach Blvd., Jacksonville Beach with interment to follow at H. Warren Smith Cemetery, Jacksonville Beach.
