Hector Caraballo, age 82, passed away surrounded by his loving family on September 3, 2019. He is survived by his twin daughters, Olga Caraballo (Jamie Medina), Wanda Smith (Gary), and daughter Weida E. Caraballo; son, Hector L. Caraballo; grandchildren, Lydia Pope (Emani), Sivad Pope II (Gladys), Shailah Pope, Jamie Medina, Elizabeth Bender, Phillip Taylor (Krystal), Jaylen Smith, Xavier Aguilar, Raven Caraballo, Catalina Caraballo, Zac Harris (Macie), Mia Lorite, and Sophia Lorite; great grandchildren, Sivad Pope III, Isabella Pope, Zia Johnson, Phillip Taylor Jr., Penelope Taylor, and Dextor Taylor. Hector is preceded in death by his parents, Delores Caraballo and Isabel Rosario Caraballo; and his two brothers Manolin Caraballo and Mickey Caraballo.
Hector belonged to UAW local 1166. He worked in the Kokomo Casting Plant for Chrysler from May 17, 1972 until he retired on December 31, 2001. The family will receive friends on Tuesday, September 10, 2019 from 6:00 - 8:00pm at Hardage-Giddens Riverside Memorial Park and Funeral Home, funeral services will be held the next day, Wednesday, September 11 at 2:00pm, with burial to follow.
