Warren Charles Frey (Mr. Splendid), of Port St. Lucie, Fl. (formerly of Hasbrouck Heights and Brick, N.J.) went to his Eternal home on May 29, 2018. Surviving are his wife of 70 years Alice Burland Frey, a daughter JoAnn Morrison (Charles Morrison) of Port St. Lucie and a son Charles J. Frey (Clare) of Wahingtonville, N.Y., a granddaughter Carly Marie Batte (Greg) and 2 Grandsons, Stephen and Gregory Frey, and several nieces and nephews. Predeceased by his brother Charles G. Frey
Warren served in the 4th Marine Division during World War II. He participated in the battles of Roi-Namur Islands, Saipan, Tinian, and the battle of Iwo Jima.
Visitation will be on May 31, 2018 from 5:00 to 7:00PM at Aycock Funeral Home, 950 NE Jensen Beach Blvd, Jensen Beach, FL 34957. A Mass of Christian Burial will be at 10:30AM Friday, June 1, 2018 at Holy Family Catholic Church, 2330 SE Mariposa, Port St Lucie, FL 34985.
