Ruth Montville, age 98, formerly of Pontiac, passed away on Monday, May 21, 2018 surrounded by her loving family. Beloved mother of Herman David Montville (Janice Leak) and Yvonne (Jack) Downes; adored grandmother of John (Teri Meyers) Downes, Melody (Shane) Rubago, Jamie (Amy) Downes, Brian (Staci) Cruickshank, Bonnie (Greg) Carrier, and Chad Montville; proud great-grandmother of 25 and great-great grandmother of 8.

Ruth was preceded in death by her parents, Herman and Sarah Rephan, and her five siblings. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and extended family members.

The family will greet friends from 2:00pm until time of memorial service at 3:00pm on Thursday, May 24, 2018 at Family Funeral Care, 2904 Orchard Lake Rd., Keego Harbor, MI.
