Trudy Darlene Bumgardner

She was born on September 30, 1947 in Caldwell County to the late Lawrence Phillips and Deeray Miller Phillips. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband, Jimmy Bumgardner and a brother, Wilson Phillips.

Ms. Bumgardner loved to shop, was an avid gardener, and enjoyed her profession as a truck driver.

Those left to cherish her memory include her sons, James Keith Stanbury and Travis Lee Bumgardner (Danelle), both of Lenoir; sister, Rita Whittington of Camden, South Carolina; grandchildren, Joseph Stanbury of Lenoir, Ashlee Bumgardner of Charlotte, Janie Shull of Lenoir, and Emilee Bumgardner of Lenoir; seven great-grandchildren; and two nieces and one nephew.

A memorial service will be held at Pendry's Funeral Home Chapel at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday, November 28, 2020.
