Charlotte Elizabeth (Blume) Ray, 92, passed away October 3, 2013 in Everett, WA. She was born August 18, 1921 in South Cle Elum, WA to Louise and Mabel Blume. Charlotte graduated from Cle Elum High School and managed the housewares department at Ernst Hardware. Charlotte was a member of the Order of the Eastern Star, VFW Auxilary, and the Cle Elum Community Church. Charlotte enjoyed family gatherings of all kinds, camping, and garage saling. On March 21, 1941 Charlotte married Floyd Ray in Roslyn, WA. She is preceded in death by her husband Floyd, son Larry R. Ray, brothers Robert Blume, Edward Blume and Frederick Blume. Those left to cherish her memory include her son Terry H. Ray and his wife Janet of Bothell, WA; sister Carol Simpson; three grandchildren Emily Kate Ray, Brandon Arron Ray and wife Gretchen, and Katrina Elizabeth Ray; three great-grandchildren Charlotte Olivia, Zoe McKenna, and Kian Taylor; and a host of nieces and nephews. A celebration of life will be held Saturday October 19, 2013 at 1:00pm at Cle Elum Community Church 201 East 3rd Cle Elum, WA. Family Graveside at 11am at Roslyn Memorial Gardens.
