Macon – Paul E. Graham, 88, passed away July 20, 2012 at his residence. Funeral services will be held 2:00 pm Tuesday July 24, 2012 at Christ Episcopal Church in Macon. Interment will follow in Macon Memorial Park Cemetery. The family will receive friends Monday evening from 6:00-8:00 P.M. at Macon Memorial Park Funeral Home. Rev. Harriette Simmons will be officiating.
Mr. Graham was born in Grafton, WV to the late Robert and Ava Graham. He was a graduate of Fairmont College and was retired from United Family Life Insurance Company. Mr. Graham also had served two terms as the Governor of the Macon Moose Lodge, also a member of the American Legion. He was a member of Christ Episcopal Church in Macon. He served his country in the US Navy during WWII.
Survivors include his wife of 34 years Alice Crawley Graham of Macon; two daughters, Becky Weddington and Paula Rice; son Charles Robbins Kretlow; daughter, Nicole K. James; grandchildren, Charles Robbins Kretlow, III, Ashley Kretlow, Barrett James, and Hannah Weddington; great grandchild, Lexi Bailey.
