Alan Saslaw, 59, died October 19, 2014 in South Florida surrounded by those he loved and who loved him. Alan was married to Diane, his wife of over 24 years, and taught his son, Jeremy, the importance of family, integrity, perseverance, and the value of a good education. Al will be remembered for being a teddy bear and a kind soul who would always lend a hand to help others. Preceded in death by his father, Mort, Alan was also survived by his mother, Minnie, and his brother, Gary. Born on March 19, 1955, Alan was a graduate of the University of Miami School of Law and the University of Florida. Services 10 am Friday, October 24th at Riverside Gordon Memorial Chapels, 20955 Biscayne Blvd., Aventura, FL. Interment Lakeside Memorial Park.305-592-0690. The Saslaw Family will be receiving friends at the Saslaw residence immediately following the service on Friday and on Saturday from 1 pm to 5 pm. No gathering on Sunday, October 26th.
