Richard Allen Shields, 53, passed away on March 17, 2020 in Jacksonville, FL. He was born in Cincinnati, Ohio and will be dearly missed by his family. Richard is survived by his 2 children: Ryder Shields and Ciera Rae (Andrew) Miller; parents: Tom and Pauline Shields; sister, Justine Rae Shields; 2 grandchildren: Rhody Miller and Peyton Miller; and a host of extended family and friends.
