I only knew Vern a short while but he always had a smile on his face and he'd always listen to what you had to say. He was a good rider and loyal club member.  Ride the clouds Vern....

Rode my first Flood Run with Vern. 
“I’ll go first on the left and you scoot up the right, don’t worry I’ll make sure you get up the hill.”
He pulled that big bike into traffic chuckling the whole time.
Always kind with a wry sense of humor.

Vern was a heck of a good flyer. Raced rc  and road motorcycles with Vern for years.  Great guy.

Vern was a good friend with a great sense of humor and a great Riding buddy. He would help whenever asked.      RIP Vern!
