Peacefully at Bella Senior Care in Niagara Falls on May 4th, 2018 at the age of 86. Predeceased by her husband Gordon (2013) and her daughter Candace (1977) & Grandson David (1977). Sadly missed by her children; Robin (Terry Gottfried) Counsell, Scott (Leslie) Counsell, David (Jacqueline) Counsell. Beloved nana to Heather, Colin, Aran, Courtney, Kirsten, Ashley, Jamie, Lucas and great-nana of Abigail, Addison, Avery, Aiden, Natalie. Phyllis is also survived by her brothers; Bob (Donna) Clarke of Kelowna BC, & Ron (Lily) Clarke of Sudbury. Phyllis was a loving and devoted wife, mother & grandmother and will be sadly missed by all who knew her.
Cremation has taken place. The family will receive visitors at HETHERINGTON AND DEANS FUNERAL CHAPEL, 5176 Victoria Ave. Niagara Falls on Thursday May 17th, 2018 from 2-4 and 7-9pm.
A private interment will take place at a later date.
