What do you say about a man who devotes his whole life and all his love to his family except that "Fred you were a great man and an example for those who do not understand the word FAMILY" When I think of the last few years of his life, I can summarize it by quoteing 1Timothy 6:12. "Fight the good fight of faith. Take hold of the eternal life to which you were called." Fred, you did fight the good fight and now you are with God in heaven. Eventually we will be there to see you, but until then, I will remember you and will fight the good fight to eternity.

On this Valentines Day, I just wanted to let you know that I love you, and you will be forever in my heart.

Ms. Robin, Rikk & Jill, I am so very sorry for your loss! Your family will be in my thoughts!

Death is nothing at all. It does not count. I have only slipped away into the next room.
Nothing has happened. Everything remains exactly as it was.
I am I, and you are you, and the old life that we lived so fondly together is untouched, unchanged. Whatever we were to each other, that we are still.
Call me by the old familiar name. Speak of me in the easy way which you always used.
Put no difference into your tone. Wear no forced air of solemnity or sorrow. Laugh as we always laughed at the little jokes that we enjoyed together.
Play, smile, think of me, pray for me. Let my name be ever the household word that it always was.
Let it be spoken without an effort, without the ghost of a shadow upon it.
Life means all that it ever meant. It is the same as it ever was.
There is absolute and unbroken continuity.
Why should I be out of mind because I am out of sight?
I am but waiting for you, for an interval, somewhere very near, just round the corner.
All is well. Nothing is hurt; nothing is lost.
One brief moment and all will be as it was before. How we shall laugh at the trouble of parting when we meet again!

Though apart for many years you never left my heart. Rest peacefully my brother I loved you always no matter what.

I miss you Dad!!  I know you're are surrounded by the light and love of our Lord and that comforts me.  You are in every memory, every thought and most of all every prayer.  I will do my best to take care of Mom the way you would want me to.  We will see each other again, it will feel like a second for you but eternity for me.  I know you will watch over me.  I Love You Daddy.

My time knowing Fred & Robin has been short but a real thrill to have had a chance to meet Fred.  Through adopting a rescue dog from Tree Tops Animal Rescue Fred & Robin fell in love with Sophia (a beautiful red headed dog) and adopted her.  She has found her forever home. Fred loved Sophia and she him. I believe she was a life line for him as well as he was to her also. We will always remember Fred & hope that Robin and Sophia will stay strong together. We are always here for them.

I'm deeply saddened by the loss Fred. I have so many wonderful memories from over the years that were shared with your family. Fred was a gentlemen and a very caring man. Go in peace my friend and know that your family loves you.
