Gladys Joyce Sinclair, 87 year-old resident of Choctaw, Oklahoma, passed away October 4, 2013 in Shawnee, OK. Born October 10, 1925 in Minco, Oklahoma, she was the daughter of Richard J. and Armeil (Williamson) Finch. Gladys was a former clerk/typist at Tinker AFB who worked up news releases for local papers involving Air Force personnel. She was preceded in death by her husband, Avalon Sinclair in 2007. Gladys was a traditional homemaker who loved to cook and sew for her family. Survivors include 1 son, Darryl Sinclair and his fiancé Paula Norris of OKC, OK; 1 daughter, Carol Reich and her husband George of Holdenville, OK; 5 grandchildren, Becky Roberts; Eric Berumen; David Sinclair; Michael Reich and his wife Casey; and Matthew Sinclair and his wife Helen; and 8 great-grandchildren. Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m. Monday, October 7, 2013 at Choctaw United Methodist Church, NE 10th and Choctaw Road, Choctaw, OK with burial following in Arlington Memory Gardens, Midwest City, OK.
