Louise "Hey" Herron

Louise “Hey” Ballard Herron, 78, of Southaven, MS went home to be with the Lord on Sunday, September 18, 2022. She was born on December 26, 1943 to the late Charlie and Myrtle Ballard in Dell, AR. She was a strong woman of faith and a member of Gracewood Baptist Church where she served as church secretary for 33 years. She previously served as a Sunday School teacher and church secretary at Longview Heights Baptist Church. Louise was preceded in death by her loving husband of 56 years, Lowell Herron; her parents, Charlie and Myrtle Ballard; and four sisters. She leaves behind one daughter, Vicky Roberts(Rich); one grandson, Randy “BJ” Bradley(Jo); as well as her extended family and an abundance of friends. The family will receive friends for a time of visitation at Brantley Funeral Home on Thursday, September 22, 2022 from 12-2 pm with a funeral service to begin at 2:00 pm. Burial will follow at Twin Oaks Cemetery. Contributions in her memory can be made to Gracewood Baptist Church.
