Roy Franklin Broadwater, Jr., 65, of Clinton, MS passed away on July 1, 2019 at Select Specialty in Jackson, MS.

Roy was born in Jackson, MS on March 11, 1954 to Roy, Sr. and Mary Lucille Williams Broadwater. Roy is survived by girlfriend, Penny McElvoy; daughters, Wendy Driver and Tiffany Edwards; brother, Wayne Broadwater (Kathy); sister, Dianne Necaise (Mike); and his nieces, a nephew, and grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents, Roy and Lucille Broadwater.

A graveside service will be held Friday, July 5, 2019 at Terry City Cemetery at 11:00 am, with Cedric Miner officiating.
