Floyd Manning Little

Floyd is preceded in death by his parents; sisters, Virginia Hassell and Mary Ann Bryant; one niece, Cheree Hassell Miller. He is survived by wife, Kathleen Lossie Adams; children, Floyd M. Little Jr, Kendra R. Little; grandchildren, Josh Little and Mark Little; sister, Cheryldean Lowery; niece, Sharon Long; nephew, Scott Lowery; special cousin, James A. Floyd "Bo."

Floyd was a graduate of Woodlawn High School. He married his loving wife, Kathleen Adams on March 4, 2001. He was a member St. Marks Evangelist Catholic Church. Floyd proudly served in the United States Army and Army National Guard. He worked in construction and sheet metal work for many years. In his leisure, Floyd enjoyed refurbishing vintage cars and spending time with his son and grandsons. Floyd loved attending their ballgames when they were youngsters. He also enjoyed NASCAR and was an Auburn fan. His neighbors appreciated his help with many household issues as he could fix almost anything.

A Celebration of Life service with reception will be held on Tuesday, March 19 from 11:00 am to 12:15 pm, followed by an inurnment at Alabama National Cemetery in Montevallo, Alabama.
