December 26, 1940 – March 5, 2025
Passed peacefully away at Hospice Peterborough on Wednesday, March 5, 2025, at the age of 84. John will be forever loved and missed by his wife of 62 yrs, Joyce (née Crowe), his children, David Calder and Lisa Tamblyn (Dave), and his grandchildren, Alex and Owen. Dear brother of Dora Barr and brother-in-law of Doreen Calder. Predeceased by his brother, Ivan Calder. John will be fondly remembered by extended family and friends.
Cremation has taken place and in keeping with John’s wishes, there will be no service. A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date. A donation to a charity of your choice in honour of John’s memory is welcome.
