Seneca, SC – Mr. Darron Stephen Tester, age 53, went to be with his Lord and Savior on June 15, 2021. Mr. Tester was born in Easley, South Carolina and was the son of the late Douglas Yancey Tester and Carolyn Ruth Sanders Tester.
Survivors include a son Robert Tester (Corttney) from Pickens, South Carolina and two special daughters to him Amy McCallister and Jessica Morris (Shane) both from Seneca, South Carolina. Surviving are grandchildren Jaden, Brielle, Uriah and Noah Tester along with a number of special loving grandchildren and a number of precious and loving nieces and nephews. Also surviving is a brother Doug Tester (Bernice) from Liberty, South Carolina.
Mr. Tester worked as a mechanic in several industries and last worked for the City of Seneca. He loved to collect guns and also building them. He enjoyed going to auctions and loved his friends. He was a very giving person and would do anything for his friends and family. He was a giver. He loved giving gifts to his grandchildren just to see the joy in their faces. He will be truly missed by his family
A memorial service will be held on Saturday June 19, 2021 at 3:00 PM at Dillard Funeral Home Chapel 2402 Gentry Memorial Hwy Pickens, South Carolina 29671 with a visitation that same day starting at 1:00 PM at the funeral home. Burial will be private to the family.
