Richard J Hebert

Richard J. Hebert, 85, native of Bayou Pigeon, resident of Pierre Part passed away on Thursday, September 22, 2016, family by his side. Richard loved fishing and cooking upon his retirement. He also loved spending time with his family and had a good sense of humor. He was a loving husband to his wife, Maudry, of 59 years. He is also survived by his eight children, Kirby Hebert and wife Stacie, Vicky Hebert and husband John, Juanita Cavalier, Paula Templet and husband Sherwood, Annette Guillot and husband Johnny, Kathy Breaux and husband Wendell, Kevin Hebert, Jason Hebert and wife Donna; two brothers, Ridley and Lynn Paul Hebert; 11 grandchildren, Trent, Whitney, Brennan, Tanner, Dane, Kolby, Chelsea, Alli, Alex, Lawson, and Harlee; and two great grandchildren, Emily and Adeline. He was preceded in death by his parents, Adam and Odette Hebert; sister, Vivian Solar and Eva Mae; and a son in law, Ted Cavalier. Visiting will be at Ourso Funeral Home, Pierre Part on Saturday, September, 24, 2016 from 8 am until 11:30 am. Mass of Christian Burial will follow at St. Joseph the Worker Catholic Church, Pierre Part at noon. Burial to follow in the church cemetery.
