Guy Rae was born May 20, 1973 in Poplarville. He was employed with HRL Construction; a member of Ford's Creek Baptist Church; and an United States Army Veteran. He enjoyed hunting; fishing at Lake Washington ; and above all coaching youth football.
Family members include his wife of 14 years, Leigh Holston; four children, Jacee (Hunter) Sistrunk, Dylan Griffin, Gavin Holston, Wyatt Holston; his parents, Judy (David) Smith, Karl (Jeanette) Holston; four siblings, David Cook, Jan Cook, Shannon (Larry) Whitten, Sheri Clunan; and one grandson, Cruze Sistrunk.
Funeral services will be at WHITE FUNERAL HOME, 315 Highway 11 South, Poplarville, MS, 39470 on Friday, July 6, 2018 at 1:00 pm. Rev. Jeffrey Lee, Rev. Walter Pierce, and Rev. Ken Rhodes will officiate the service. Burial will be private. The family will receive friends and have visitation from 10:00 am until services, Friday at the funeral home.
