James Thomas Claytor Sr.

James Thomas Claytor, Sr., of Kenhorst, passed away Thursday December 29, 2020 in Tower Health Reading Hospital. He was predeceased by his wife, Sandra J. Claytor. Jim was born in Reading on January 2, 1941 a son of the late Russell and Dorothy (Kaucher) Claytor.

Jim was an Army Veteran and was employed by Polymer Corp. as a maintenance mechanic for over 40 years retiring there. He was an avid bowler (2-300,1-800) and golfer and loved going to Reading Phillies games.

Surviving are his children; James T. Jr. and his wife Sharon Claytor, Thomas L. and his wife Heather Claytor, Kevin A. Claytor, Florence and her husband Phillip Long, 3 step-daughters; Deana and her husband Joe Concordia, Tracie and her husband Mark Kerber, Tammie Kelly, siblings; Ann Jones, Russell Claytor, Jane Hoveter, Ruth Vitalo, Shirley Pejovich, Barbara Hertzog, 10 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren.

Services are private with burial in Forest Hills Memorial Park. Auman's Inc is honored to be serving the family. www.aumansinc.com
