RAGLAND, Joyce Mary Davis, 86 of Henrico passed into Eternal Life in Heaven with her Lord and Savior Jesus Christ on February 4, 2015. Joyce is preceded in death by her husband, Earl L. Ragland; her sister, Lois Hamlet; brother, Waverly Davis; and great-granddaughter, Logan Saleet. She attended Carlisle Avenue Gospel Chapel. Survivors include her children, Deborah and Mitchell Miller, Joy and Charles Black, Earl “Chuck” and Lauren Ragland, Jr; 11 grandchildren; 16 great-grandchildren; and one sister, Louise Mantlo. Visitation will be held on Friday, February 13 from 6:00 – 8:00pm and Saturday, February 14 from 10:00am – 12:00pm with the funeral service to start at 12:00pm. All services will be held at Nelsen Funeral Home, 4650 S. Laburnum Ave. Richmond. Interment will follow at Washington Memorial Park, Sandston, VA.
