Barbara Ann Hutchison

Barbara Ann Hutchison, 56, of Rockford, IL, passed away peacefully, Monday evening, October 11, 2021 after a lingering illness. She was born August 6, 1965 in Rockford, IL, the daughter of Steve and Lalah (Williams) Blackburn. Barb worked as a receptionist at the Grand Apartments in Rockford. Barb married Marvin Mclin in June of 2010. She enjoyed eating at Popeye’s and most of all, she adored dogs.

Barb is loved and missed by her son, Lamar Harris, parents, Steve and Lalah Blackburn; siblings, Richard Hutchison, Sam Labby, Sandra Day, Levia Blackburn, and Steven Blackburn, Jr.; numerous nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins. She was preceded in death by her husband, Marvin Mclin; maternal and paternal grandparents, uncle and aunt, Ronald and Lois Winter and cousin Kaye Decampa.

A celebration of life will be held at 3:00 p.m., Saturday, November 6, 2021 at Calvary Chapel, 1123 Harlem Road, Machesney Park, IL 61115.
