Phyllis Ann Noll

Phyllis A. Noll, 90, of Rockford passed away Tuesday, May 19, 2020 at Riverbluff Nursing Facility. Phyllis was born on February 27, 1930 in Beloit, WI; the daughter of Fredrick and Melinda Petersen. She married Robert P. Noll on May 5, 1951 and Robert preceded her in death on July 9, 1997. Phyllis was a former member of Westminster Presbyterian Church; along with her husband Robert, they were past members of the Rockford Model T Ford Club and Model T Club. Phyllis was a kind and wonderful person, she always had a kind word and loved everyone she met.

Phyllis is survived by her son David Noll and Victoria Rojas; family Robert (Judy) Swanberg and their son Erik.

Phyllis was preceded in death by her parents, husband, son Steven, twin brother Fredrick Petersen Jr., step-brothers Roy Harold Bell and Larry Bell.

Graveside service to celebrate Phyllis life will be 2:00 p.m. Wednesday, May 27, 2020 at Willwood Cemetery.
