Edith Arleen Ferrell Harris, 75, of North Springs, went home peacefully to be with the Lord on Sunday, March 21, 2010. Arleen was born in Van Wert, Ohio, to James and Martha Ferrell. She is survived by her loving and devoted husband of 58 years, R.W. "Jim" Harris; son, Kimm Alan (Janice Marie) Harris, granddaughter, Ashley Nicole Harris, of Marietta, GA; grandson, Shad Alan Harris, sister, Shirley Ann (Curtis L.) Blocker, of N. Redington Beach,FL; and nieces; Rev. Lori Dawn Blocker, of Augusta, GA, Penny Leannette Zaccaria, Marty Beth Simmons, and numerous other family members. Visitation will be from 6 -8 P. M., Wed., March 24, 2010 and the "Celebration of Life Service" with Rev. Lori Dawn Blocker officiating will be held at 11 A.M., (visitation 10am-11am) Thursday, March 25, 2010 BOTH at the Roswell Funeral Home, 950 Mansell Rd., Roswell, GA, 30076 (770) 993- 4811. Arleen will be placed at rest at Green Lawn Cemetery following the service. Arleen will be forever loved and remembered as a devoted wife, homemaker, mother, grandmother, hunter, fisherman, tennis player and golfer aunt, great aunt, sister and lover of life.
