CANTON — Ann Marie Fitzmorris, 74, formerly of Rumford and Bethel, passed away Thursday, September 27, 2018 at the Pinnacle Health & Rehabilitation in Canton. She was born in Rumford on Dec. 5, 1943, daughter of Bernard S. and Cecile (Lantagne) Fitzmorris. Ann was educated in Rumford schools and was a graduate of Stephens High School, Class of 1963. She was a communicant of Parish of the Holy Savior.
Ann is survived by her daughters Patricia Louise Marie Goodwin of Arlington, Texas, and Mary Ann Goodwin of Washington; sister, Chick Louise Fitzmorris, of Bethel; brother, Al “Fred” Fitzmorris, and wife, Esther “Ernie,” of Harrison; granddaughter, Stephanie; and eight nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be from 6 to 8 p.m. Sunday, Sept. 30, at S.G. Thibault Funeral Home in Rumford. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10 a.m. Monday, Oct. 1, at Parish of the Holy Savior. Interment will be in St. John Cemetery on Tuesday Oct. 2 at 9:00am.
